How to solve the “Unknown Error” when registering MacBooster 8?: Please copy & paste your license code to register again. If it still does not work, please contact our Support Team with a screenshot of the error message you get so we can help you accordingly.

How to uninstall MacBooster 8?: Open MacBooster 8 > Click Help on the top Menu Bar > Click Uninstall MacBooster 8 on the dropdown list.

How to update MacBooster?

Generally, you will get a popup window when an update is available as the option "Check for MacBooster updates automatically" under General in Preferences is checked by default.

If you uncheck this option and want to manually check for updates, please take the steps below:

Open MacBooster > Click MacBooster on the top Menu Bar > Choose Check for Updates… on the dropdown list.

What are the system requirements for MacBooster 8?: • Mac OS X 10.9 or later
• 70+ MB of free disk space

What languages does MacBooster 8 support?: It supports 14 languages, including Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (PT-BR), Portuguese (PT-PT), Russian, Spanish, Thai, and Turkish.

How to change the language?: Open MacBooster 8 > Click the MacBooster 8 on the top menu bar or use the 'command' and ',' hotkeys to open Preferences > General > Language > Set the language as per your needs.

What is Lightning Booster?: Lightning Booster helps to boost your Mac by taking advantage of RamDisk to increase the data read & write speed.
When you turn on the Lightning Boost on MacBooster Mini, it will create a virtual drive RamDisk on your desktop. RamDisk takes a portion of your system memory as a disk drive to store data. This is designed to protect your physical hard disk. If you do not want it to work in this way, please turn off the Lightning Boost on MacBooster Mini.

How to restore the duplicated files deleted by MacBooster 8?: Open MacBooster 8 > Click the MacBooster 8 on the top menu bar or use the 'command' and ',' hotkeys to open Preferences > Tools > Duplicate Finder > Select one backup file to restore.

How to disable the MacBooster Mini?: Open MacBooster 8 > Click the MacBooster 8 on the top menu bar or use the 'command' and ',' hotkeys to open Preferences > MacBooster Mini > Untick ‘Always keep MacBooster mini running’.

How to set MacBooster 8 not to scan a folder or a file?: Open MacBooster 8 > Click the MacBooster 8 on the top menu bar or use the 'command' and ',' hotkeys to open Preferences > Ignore list > Click the Add button to add the file or folder that you want to be excluded.

Does MacBooster 8 support Mac OS X 10.15?: Yes. MacBooster 8 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.15. Please download it here to install it on your Mac.
